Ohio State Orthopedic Immediate Care provides urgent care for orthopedic and activity-related injuries that have occurred within the last 24-48 hours. Our advanced level of care is provided by skilled orthopedic physicians and physician assistants for patients 14 years or older. If you require additional follow-up, we’ll expedite an appointment with an Ohio State orthopedic provider.

Walk in or make an appointment Monday-Friday. No appointment is necessary, but you should register on the first floor before proceeding to the clinic on the second floor. 

Please note: A set number of appointments are available daily. Once all appointments have been filled for the day, our staff may refer you to an alternate location or schedule you with a provider for another day.

• Sprains, strains and injuries from activities or sports including sudden worsening of joint pain, tendon rupture and locked knee
• Suspected broken bones or dislocations

The Orthopedic Immediate Care providers cannot treat chronic orthopedic conditions, life-threatening symptoms, behavioral issues, prenatal problems, complex health conditions or anyone under 14 years of age. You will be referred to another provider or facility should you need care for these conditions and symptoms. A specialist copay or coinsurance may be applicable if testing is required. Patients may not be able to sign in when the wait time extends past the closing time.
